Where Should AI Fit in Your Organisation?
Nimbex works alongside management teams to clarify where AI can add genuine value — and how to move forward without the noise.
Three Ways We Help Teams Move Forward
Each service is designed around a different stage of the AI planning process. You can start where you are.
Strategy Discovery Workshop
A facilitated full-day workshop that helps leaders map where AI could realistically support their goals — separating useful possibilities from hype. We listen first.
- Opportunity map included
- Guiding questions document
- Full-day facilitated session
Use-Case Prioritisation Sprint
A short sprint that takes a list of candidate ideas and helps your team rank them by value and feasibility. Delivered across two sessions with a scoring exercise.
- Prioritised shortlist
- One-page rationale
- Cross-functional group format
Roadmap Advisory Engagement
A three-month engagement that turns priorities into a phased roadmap, aligning teams, timelines, and dependencies. We serve as an independent advisor throughout.
- Roadmap document
- Revision support
- Review checkpoints included
What Working With Us Looks Like
We Listen Before We Advise
Every engagement begins with understanding your context, not presenting a standard template. The work is shaped around your team's actual situation.
Plain, Structured Outputs
Deliverables are written to be used, not filed away. Opportunity maps, shortlists, and roadmaps are drafted in language your team can act on.
Suited to Cross-Functional Groups
Our sessions are designed so that people from operations, finance, and technology can participate together without needing a technical background.
Independent Perspective
Nimbex does not sell software or implementation services. Our recommendations are shaped by what makes sense for you, not by any vendor relationship.
Respectful of Your Pace
Strategy takes time to settle. We build review points into our work and do not push teams toward decisions before they are ready to make them.
Grounded in Malaysia's Context
We understand the operating environment for Malaysian organisations — regulatory considerations, team structures, and the practical constraints that shape what is feasible.
Have a Conversation Before You Commit
Most of our engagements begin with a short conversation about where your team currently stands. There is no obligation to take the next step until it feels right.
Things People Often Ask
Do we need to have a specific AI project in mind before engaging?
No. Many teams come to us at the point of asking "where do we even start?" The Strategy Discovery Workshop is specifically designed for that stage. You bring the questions; we help structure the conversation.
How is this different from hiring an AI consultant or an implementation firm?
Nimbex focuses purely on strategy and planning — not implementation. We do not build systems or supply platforms. This means our advice is shaped entirely by what fits your organisation, without any product attached to it.
What size of organisation do you typically work with?
Our services suit mid-sized Malaysian organisations — typically those with 50 to 500 staff — where leadership is thinking seriously about how to approach AI without a dedicated internal team to guide the process.
How long does the Roadmap Advisory Engagement take?
It runs across three months, with scheduled review checkpoints built in. The pace is deliberate — we have found that good strategic thinking needs space between sessions for ideas to settle and for new input to surface.
What do the deliverables actually look like?
Documents vary by service: the Workshop produces an opportunity map and a set of guiding questions; the Sprint produces a prioritised shortlist with rationale; the Advisory Engagement produces a full roadmap document with revision support. All are written in plain language.
Are sessions held in Kuala Lumpur or can they be remote?
Both options are available. In-person sessions are held at our office at Wisma Mont Kiara or at your premises. Remote sessions are conducted via video call and work well for teams across different locations.
How do we get started?
Use the contact form on this page or call us directly. We will arrange a short initial conversation — typically 30 minutes — to understand your situation and help you decide which service, if any, is the right fit.
