Three Services. One Direction.
Each service is built for a different stage of the AI planning process. You do not need to have worked with us before to know which one fits where you are.
← Back to HomeOur Methodology
Every Nimbex engagement follows the same underlying logic: clarify the question before attempting an answer. We have found, consistently, that the most important work in AI strategy happens before any prioritisation begins — in the conversations that establish what problem the organisation is actually trying to solve and what constraints shape the options.
From there, the work moves through distinct stages: mapping possibilities, scoring them against value and feasibility, and then structuring the selected priorities into a phased plan. Each stage produces a tangible output, and no stage begins until the previous one is complete.
Strategy Discovery Workshop
A facilitated full-day workshop designed for leadership teams that are beginning the AI conversation. We listen first, help you separate what is genuinely relevant from what is noise, and produce a structured summary of where AI could realistically support your goals.
The session is suited to management groups of 4–10 people. No technical background is required from participants. The facilitator guides the conversation; the insights come from your team.
- Full-day facilitated session (one day)
- Opportunity map delivered within five working days
- Guiding questions document for continued internal discussion
- Suitable for management teams at the beginning of the conversation
✦ Best for
Organisations that are curious about AI but have not yet defined what they want to achieve — or whether they should be investing in it at all.
How the day is structured:
- 09:00Context setting — where is the organisation now?
- 10:30Opportunity identification — what could AI support here?
- 12:00Lunch break
- 13:00Feasibility discussion — what is realistic given your constraints?
- 15:00Questions to carry forward — what needs more thought?
- 16:30Summary and next steps
Scoring dimensions used:
- Strategic alignment with business objectives
- Feasibility given current data and team capacity
- Estimated effort and time to produce value
- Risk and complexity of the use case
- Dependency on external decisions or resources
Use-Case Prioritisation Sprint
Designed for teams that already have a list of candidate AI ideas and need a structured way to decide where to focus. This two-session sprint takes your list through a scoring exercise and produces a shortlist your team can act on, along with a written rationale explaining why each item was ranked as it was.
The sprint works well for cross-functional groups where different functions have different priorities. The scoring method makes the criteria visible and gives everyone a common basis for the conversation.
- Delivered across two sessions (one day each, scheduled one week apart)
- Prioritised shortlist of use cases
- One-page rationale document explaining the ranking
- Structured scoring exercise included
✦ Best for
Teams that have more ideas than capacity — and need a defensible method for deciding which ones to pursue first.
Roadmap Advisory Engagement
A three-month engagement that turns a prioritised set of AI opportunities into a phased roadmap. We work as an independent advisor to the leadership group, helping align teams, map dependencies, and document the reasoning behind each stage of the plan.
Review checkpoints are built into the engagement. If something shifts during the three months — a business priority changes, a key stakeholder joins — the plan is adjusted rather than locked in. Revision support is included in the scope.
- Three-month engagement with scheduled review checkpoints
- Phased roadmap document with documented reasoning
- Revision support included
- Independent advisory role — not tied to any implementation partner
✦ Best for
Organisations committing to a multi-stage AI plan that need an independent advisor to help structure the process and document the decisions.
