Fixed Scope, Fixed Price

Every Nimbex service is priced on a fixed basis. You know what you are paying before you begin, and the price does not change as the engagement progresses. There are no day rates, no extension fees, and no billing by the hour.

This matters because it changes the nature of the relationship. When an advisor is billing by the hour, there is an implicit incentive to extend the work. When the scope and price are fixed, we are aligned on getting the outcome right, not on maximising time.
